Steam not downloading arma 3 mods

Hello everyone I hope you are having a nice day unlike me. I have subscribed to a couple of mods on steam workshop for arma 3 and after they download they don't seem to show up. In the past when this would happen I would keep the launcher open for a couple hours and the addons would show up but that doesn't seem to work anymore.

This is a personal project of mine for Arma 3 community. I aim to bring additional assets for character customization in Arma 3. This mod will cover new uniforms, vests, headgear and other related stuff. I will be making completely new models and also po

Hey everyone, I just have a quick question. Whenever I download an Arma 3 workshop mod, it doesn't install. It will download just fine, but the launcher just refuses to say a new mod as been loaded. It will eventually find the mod, but it can sometimes take up to a WEEK for the mod to load. This issue started a few months ago. i logged onto steam on my brothers account (to play a game to see if i would like it) and when i logged into my steam account it downloaded a 20GB update for Arma 3 mod. we both had nothing subcribe on the workshop at the time. if i logged off steam or restarted my PC it would delete the prevors download (my internet is pritty slow so very Update: I just said feck it and moved my @ mods folder to a temp folder, deleted ARMA 3 and reinstalled it from Steam. 26 GB later, test the game, added @ mods, played online which works, but the Steam Workshop mods still do not show up on the launcher. I am out of ideas how to fix this.
